Policies

Thank you to our clients, we owe our growth and success to you! And welcome to new potential clients, we are excited about creating a  lasting relationship with you and your hair. Your appointments are very important to the stylists of Hairmates Salon. Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Our policy reserves the right to ask for a major credit card, debit card or gift card for scheduling of all appointments.

"No-Show" Policy

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will text or email to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
